Every 4-6 hours (iirc) they rotate which are active (aside from the ones tied to an active world quest). If they are killed while they are active, they will respawn shortly. In Legion, the addon Argus Elite Tracker was a good way to see which rares were currently active, however as it worked based on the current amount of group finder groups. Be careful, traps may reset too! The only things that do not respawn are placed loot like Power Armor frames, Fusion Cores, special weapons, and bobbleheads.

They are big, they are strong and we want to kill them. World Bosses are needed for quest, item crafting or for triggering other events.
All bosses listed also have their own Path of Glory quest – daily quests that are accepted once you get near respective boss. These quests are finished once the boss is defeated and the reward is Gilda Stars. In some cases you also receive a quest item for Dream Ring questline.

After some testing it seems, spawn times of these bosses are random. Hours in the Respawn Time column are minimum time after which there is a chance for the boss to spawn.

Adventure Guide
Drov was called Ruiner by the Blackrock clans of old, who quickly learned to give the fearsome magnaron a wide berth. Drov carves a swath of devastation where he walks, as though the earth itself senses his arrival and parts to make way.
Overview
The massive magnaron smashes the earth, causing a horde of goren to burrow up from beneath the earth and sow chaos among his foes.
Damage Dealers
- Watch Drov's facing carefully to avoid Colossal Slam.
- Avoid Frenzied Rumblers during Call of Earth until they submerge. They will re-emerge randomly and attack players.
Healers
- Drov's Giga Smash inflicts groupwide damage.
- Watch Drov's facing carefully to avoid Colossal Slam.
- Avoid Frenzied Rumblers during Call of Earth until they submerge. They will re-emerge randomly and attack players.
Tanks

- Avoid Frenzied Rumblers during Call of Earth until they submerge. They will re-emerge randomly and attack players.
Abilities
- Colossal Slam — Slams the ground, inflicting 34125 to 35875 Nature damage and knocking frontal enemies high into the air. The blast inflicts an additional 34125 to 35875 Nature damage to all nearby enemies.
- Giga Smash — Slams the ground, inflicting 48750 to 51250 Nature damage to all enemies.
- Call of Earth — Drov places a palm on the ground, causing the earth to tremble and break. These vibrations attract nearby Goren.
- Rumbling Goren — Frenzied Goren will emerge from the ground, inflicting 19500 to 20500 Nature damage on impact. They will roll around in a frenzy, inflicting 24375 to 25625 Physical damage on contact and knocking players away. After Call of Earth is over these Goren will submerge back into the ground, re-emerging at will.
- Acid Breath — Inflicts (100% of Spell power) initial Nature damage to enemies in a frontal cone. The poison burns for 4627 to 5373 Nature damage every second thereafter.
- Crushing Charge — Charges forward, inflicting 24375 to 25625 Physical damage and knocking enemies away.
Strategy
Do not stand in front of Drov's frontal-cone Colossal Slam attack, and healers need to handle the raid-wide splash damage for both that and Giga Smash. Kill the summoned Frenzied Rumblers when Drov casts Call of Earth and watch out for their Acid Breath and Crushing Charge attacks.
